Outdoors I need a baked crappie recipe:):)

Anyone has a good baked crappie recipe....or a recipe for something other than frying crappie? My wife has to start eating more fish due to MINOR health issues....so I get to fish even more:)SmileSmile

I'm not sure you can beat just a frying pan and butter but I have a recipe for crappie gumbo that's not to bad . That Kentucky crappie . com has a cooking part on it , that's where I got the gumbo . Rogue .

Heck, I already fry crappie in Extra Virgin Olive Oil....I'm just looking for different ways to fix crappie, or WB.....I have never baked it in the Oven, like a casserole(sp) and wondered if anyone had. Gumbo gives me a option she would like and would be healthy.
