INfisherman Fish Cakes recipe *PICS ADDED*

Feb. 2009 issue has a good looking, simple recipe for fish cakes! I guess if I can't fish today I might as well eat some of the ones I caught before the ice out!
I'll let you all know how they truned out.

So the fish cakes turned out great, here are some pics. I'm proud of my handy work!


Here is the dressing before I mixed it, pretty nasty looking!


I used Texas Toast bread because it's thick and easy to make cubes out of.


Breaking up the fish and folding it into the cubes of bread/dressing mixture.


Formed up, and ready to bake!

They were pretty stinkin' good, and my two year old almost ate a whole cake by herself. I'll be making them again for sure!

Damn!!! Those do look good.
