Question my first Bellville trip this year

Went fishing at Bellville last night.Caught 2 sauger and one smallmouth.The water was very muddy.The first sauger I caught was very big,may have been a saugeye.The second was a dink.The smallie was a very healthy 3 pounder.By looking at the river temps and dates for regular sauger and walleye runs.I may be starting too late.Last year by this time we had been slaying them for weeks.I should have went again tonight,but didn't have time.If any of you guys get down there,please post results..........Thank you Joe
